Appetiser: Strawberry Salad

In a large bowl, combine 1 bunch of fresh spinach, 1 cup of sliced strawberries, half a cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and 1/2 cup pecans. Leave the spinach in leaves, however, you can slice the strawberries at your desired widths. After you have this mixed, move to the dressing.

For the dressing you will need one fourth cup balsamic vinegar with two tablespoons of honey. -Stir these together well. After you have mixed these two, slowly whisk in half a cup of olive oil. When that is all mixed together, simply top your salad right before serving and enjoy

Season your filet with salt and pepper to taste, then lay them flat in a baking dish. In this dish you will marinate the beef for 30 minutes in a mixture that contains 1/4 cup olive oil, one-fouth cup balsamic vinegar with one tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2 teaspoons dried rosemary.

While your filet is marinating, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. You will then cook two cups onion slices until soft. Once soft, add one teaspoon sugar, cook until caramelised. Set aside and cook filet on high heat for 10 minutes on both sides only turning once.
