What does being fashionable really mean? Following the latest trends blindly? Not really. It’s great when you know what is trendy this season and rush to the first store to refresh your wardrobe; however, keep in mind that you don’t want to end up looking exactly like everybody else. For this reason, it’s of the utmost importance that you add your personal touch. For example, a classic look is what the majority is striving to achieve, but let’s take a look at how you can inject fun into it and make it more personal.
Footwear brand Dune London has announced a collaboration with London-based designer Rupert Sanderson. Sanderson’s shoes have become synonymous with understated British elegance and style. Therefore a collaboration with footwear experts and high street staple Dune London was an inevitable, seamless and aspirational concept. The collection, launching April 1 comprises six styles in a range of colourways, all named after spring daffodils. Fortunes Beauty, Gracehill and Princess all in a beautiful luxe satin with scalloped edging and frayed edges epitomise Sanderson’s styling and attention to detail.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only woman that has an appreciation of men’s clothing. You don’t have to only buy quality pieces for the men in your life. Fashion label Finery London has collaborated with Pineapple Dance Studios for spring/summer 2017. The capsule collection has been co-designed with Pineapple founder, Debbie Moore OBE and evokes the heritage of Pineapple’s pioneering work in fabric innovation and the ﬂattering femininity of dance.
