Hey Donatella, it’s been a year since you last featured as a WonderWoman and we know you’ve been busy on various projects in the last 12 months what was your biggest highlights of 2011?

Wow! It’s been a busy year for sure but my major highlights were definitely signing Marger’s deal, working with Flava and having my own calender.
 
You manage UK artist and previous In-spireLS Superman Marger as well Sibling Jointz. How do you manage to keep track of both your artists as well as pursuing your own ventures?

D: In the last 6 months my full time job has pretty much become managing the two of them. I’ve taken on a lot less personal work and focused on working behind the scenes on our journey. It’s been okay so far as their first release was a joint effort but I’m thinking of expanding the team to take on their next solo projects, which are already a work in progress.

For the last year my timeline has been filled with Marger’s name/music with the release of his new Cheeky EP with Sibling Jointz what hopes do you have for him in 2012?

D: I can honestly say I have never seen anyone work as hard as he has this year, there is so much work that people don’t even see. I believe so strongly that 2012 is the year for both Marger and Sibling and I can’t wait for the music they make to be heard by more people.

I had the pleasure of working with you on your official 2012 Calendar. What inspired you to do your own calendar and will we be seeing another calendar in 2013?
 
D: Ahhhh it was really for my TWITTER followers and Facebook fans. It’s something they’ve been asking for, for years and last year the demand was higher because I haven’t really been doing as much “in front of the camera” work so they must have missed me! (Laughs)  

The calendar has been a hit with your fan’s and you even had the likes of Wretch32 tweeting about it. I noticed that you do take timeout to respond to people on TWITTER which a lot of people in the spotlight tend not to do. How important do you feel staying in contact with your fan base is to your overall success?
 
D:This sounds so cliché but we are all just people. Of course, sometimes it’s tough when you’re busy and you have hundreds of people @ing you every time you tweet, you can’t reply to every tweet. Having said that, it’s really important to make sure you do reply to as many people as you can, not just other “industry” people, I can’t stand it when people do that. I love knowing all about all my biggest supporters and tweet them just like I would any of my friends.

You have been the face of Flava TV for over a year now interviewing stars from the UK scene and beyond have you ever got star struck when meeting these people and who has been the most inspirational person you have interviewed?

D: I don’t really get star struck; I once met Michael Jackson years and years ago and then and only then was I was star struck. Nobody has ever topped him. [Laughs] I wish I’d had the chance to interview him. In terms of people I’ve interviewed since being at Flava, Miss Dynamite was a really inspirational and lovely person to interview; she’s a successful strong woman with a good attitude. 

 
Your work ethic is second to none with so many different ventures what can we expect from you in 2012?
 
D: I like to make sure with each year I conquer something new and raise my game. So expect the unexpected!!!

Being such a major name on the UK grime scene, I have to ask you. What did you think of this year’s ‘MTV Best MC’s’ list? And who would you of picked if you had been on the panel this year?

D: I think it was both good in some ways but bad in others but then most of the panel would feel that way too. There is no such list that would please 100% of its audience because it’s totally a matter of opinion. I would have liked to see some more of the grime mc’s on the list and a female but there’s always next year
